Cheryl Isaacs is an Executive Coach and Chartered/Registered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience within the areas of workplace behavioural training, executive performance coaching, mediation, psychometric profiling and leadership development.
Cheryl is the Director of OPM Consulting Ltd which specialises in behavioural and performance psychology and has developed a number of bespoke developmental courses for a range of clients in both the private and public sector (U.K, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa).
Cheryl holds regular talks and training events on: Impact, Change, Resilience, Assertiveness, Well-being, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Management Skills, Leadership Development, Management Performance Discussions, Communication, Women’s Development and Influencing. She is also a qualified ILM Executive Coach.
Cheryl also has a specialism in neuro-diversity and conducts ability assessments to help people understand their cognitive strengths and weaknesses and how these can be utilised and improved in the workplace.
Cheryl is also a regular Guest Speaker at various industry events including the British Psychological Society annual conference and the Health & Wellbeing Symposium at the Birmingham NEC. Cheryl is also a regular contributor to industry journals and newspapers such as The Evening Standard, The Telegraph, BBC and The Training Journal. Cheryl has also just authored her first book on neurodiversity.
