Steve is a highly qualified, experienced and commercially minded delivery consultant. Extensive knowledge of and practical skills in UK Employment Law, Human Resource Management, Training & Development and Organisational Development, gained in public and private sectors, pharmaceuticals, professional services, investment banking, education, charities, high technology and transport, with Home Office, Ordnance Survey & UK Border Agency experience. Investigated many grievances and disciplinary issues. Employment mediation interventions. Headhunting and recruitment of key employees.
Steve develops and supports senior corporate HR specialists who wish to move into self-employment via a franchise; business development, assertiveness, finding and keeping clients, running a business as an owner, product development, marketing and much more.
Steve also facilitates board leadership development programmes such as ‘Strategy Formulation in the Public Sector’, ‘Leading HR’ and ‘Organisational Development and Design’ for State-owned Agencies with delegates at Senior and Board level.
